Work in Parallel and Become an Efficient Reviewer

Treat Crunched as your personal analyst or intern. If you instruct Crunched well, your new AI co-worker can work for 5-15 minute sprints at a time.

Productivity Boost

The difference between a 30% and >2x boost in productivity is your ability to cross additional items off the to-do list.
We encourage you to answer emails, make a slide, clean notes or even grab lunch/coffee while Crunched works. Crunched often catches its own mistakes and iterates until it feels it is ready to provide you a deliverable. Review it once Crunched hands it off, and if the output is not good enough, hit undo and run it again with a clearer prompt.

What to Do When You Are Ready to Review

When Crunched completes a task, follow these steps to efficiently review its work:
  • Ask Crunched to explain - Request an explanation of how it linked the model and what changed
  • Request details in Excel - If needed, ask Crunched to add explanations directly in the Excel in a dedicated column
  • Use cell references - Click on the cell references and gray “edited” boxes in the chat to see exactly where Crunched made edits
  • Ask for explanation columns - Have Crunched add notes about its changes in adjacent columns
  • Request step-by-step walkthrough - Ask Crunched to explain the analysis without making edits
  • Review cell references - Click through the edited cells shown in the chat
  • Verify calculations - Spot-check key formulas and outputs
