If you’re like most finance people, you hate moving your hand from the keyboard to the mouse. It’s inefficient, breaks your flow, and frankly, a little embarrassing. Good news: you don’t have to. Here are the keyboard shortcuts that’ll keep you moving fast through Crunched.
Toggle between chat and workbook
Ctrl + Alt + K Switches your focus between the chat input and the workbook. Use this to jump from the spreadsheet to chat when you want to prompt Crunched, or back to the sheet after submitting a prompt to review what Crunched did.
Paste range
Ctrl + Alt + L Select some cells in the sheet, then hit this. It’ll paste the range reference (like A1:B10) into your chat prompt. Super useful when you want to tell Crunched to work on specific cells.
View source document
Ctrl + Alt + O Use this on a cell with a source note to open the document preview and see exactly where the data came from in your uploaded document.
On Mac? Just swap Ctrl with Command and Alt with Option for all shortcuts above.
